Gary Borger to Talk Ethics at CLE Webinar October 19, 2021

Gary Borger has been tapped to discuss ethics in the practice of family law and how to handle custody cases at the upcoming October 19, 2021 webinar for paralegals, “New Jersey Family Law Practice for Paralegals.” Among other topics, Gary will cover complying with rules of professional responsibility and ethics guidelines for attorneys and paralegals, avoiding conflicts of interest, maintaining client confidentiality, avoiding the unauthorized practice of law, working with the secretive or dishonest client and handling allegations of abuse or neglect. Gary will be joined by four other experts in New Jersey family law.

This online course is presented by HalfMoon Education, Inc. and, open to the public, offers 6.5 CLE hours, including 1.0 ethics hour, to paralegals.
