Attorneys are required by federal law to inform their clients of firm
policies regarding privacy of client information. In the course of
providing family law services to our clients, we receive significant
personal financial information and offer advice related to income
tax, estate tax and gift tax. As a client of Borger Jones Matez
& Keeley-Cain P.A., you should know that all information that
we receive from you is held in confidence, and is not released to
people outside of our law firm, except as agreed by you, or as required
under an applicable law.
